麻黄（四两，去节）甘草（炙）干姜附子（炮）防风独活（各三两）石膏（绵裹，粒，去皮尖）
上咀，以水一斗，清酒五升，渍三夜，煮取四升，分为三服，一日令尽。若病患羸瘦者肉雀肉。
