附子（炮裂，去皮脐）干姜（炮）甘草（炙）防风（去叉）独活（去芦，各一两半）石膏（碎）白茯苓（去皮）白术川芎柴胡（去苗）当归（酒浸，切焙）人参（各一两）杏上锉如麻豆，每服五钱匕，水酒共一盏半，煎至一盏，去芦温服，日三，羸瘦者只用水煎服。
