天麻（半两）羌活（去芦）人参桂心白术麻黄（去节，先煎掠去沫，焙）杏仁（上锉如麻豆，每服五钱匕，生姜三片，水二盏，煎至一盏，去滓，入酒半盏，再煎一沸，热服，服后以生姜稀粥投之，取汗，日二服。
