题“黄童君注解”。《通志》、《崇文总目》著录。陈国符《道 藏源流续考》认为，通过用韵，不能判断此歌于何时代出世。前 半为七返丹砂诀，述炼汞之术，有注。后半为歌十首，同于《太 清玉碑子》所辑瑶瓶歌，述泥瓶烧丹之术，有注。
