一卷。宋彭耜撰。前人研究《老子》者,有的只重注释不重音读。彭耜认为应该仔细研究老氏之学的一句一读,据其于卷首序所述,“安有辞义之未通,而理道之顿悟?惟览者互考焉。”由此可知,其观点明确,即重视句读。该书依《政和御注》解老氏音义异文。他将在《老子》中所校、所注音、所释的字句,都分章录出,集李畋《老子音解》、林东《音释》二家注释,补陆德明释文之未备。自序称“其经之正文,则专据《政和御注》本,而诸家之同异,亦互见于其中”实非妄言。该书对于后世学者了解前人研究《老子》的诸家异文,实为可参; 并可窥知今已亡佚的关于《老子》的 《音解》、《音释》等诸说。现存明《道藏》本、明《道藏举要》本、真意堂本。
