分上下二卷,成书于南宋末。上卷为白玉蟾授与彭耜,言药物炼法及水火符候等制作金液还丹,但未详具体作法。下卷为兰元白(即白玉蟾)传授孟煦,详言冶炼铅汞及九转还丹之具体作法。每转皆有鼎器图形、药物、炼法、火候、形质、功能等,记述详悉。本书言外丹,为宋元时道教南宗秘传之罕见的外丹著作。收入《道藏》第592册。
