宋代炼丹著作。作者不详。1卷,仅3,000余字。继承《青霞子十六转大丹》、《葛仙翁九转灵砂金丹》、《日华子口诀十六章又十六变》等所述丹术,重在论述如何炼出药物来点汞成金。所谓“转”,是指次数。十六转,是炼十六次。所载十四转紫河车法,是一种汞反应。以丹砂、雄黄各4两,生汞2两,研成粉末,投入砂盆内用酢调赤石脂固封,置于炉中。每天上下午七时,各添木炭4两于炉,使其缓燃加热,10天即成紫河车。取少量紫河车,即可使“干汞一两,其色转黄”,成为黄色固体溶液。后收入《道藏》。
