唐张万福撰。道教经书。一卷。记载道教服饰制,认为衣服为身之章,依禀受品次不同,各有科仪,凡九等;道士修行,当须持奉三洞符箓经戒,依此制服,不得混杂。道冠道服都有特定内涵,如“冠”含义为“观”,内观于身,结大福缘,制断六情,虚心静虑,念念至诚,克登道果;外观于物,恶非我有,妄生贪著,惑乱我心,当须观妙,常使无欲。道士应经常备其法服,整饰形容,勿使非人犯法服,并制定了关于法服的四十六条禁忌,违反这些科戒。就将受相应的惩罚。为研究唐代道教服饰制度的文献。收入《正统道藏》洞神部戒律类。
