宋张道统撰。道教传记。一卷。前有宋理宗淳祐时(1241-1252)马光祖序。本书为唐代道士叶法善传记。叶法善为唐玄宗时著名道士 以道术高闻名于世,《旧唐书》有传,《太平广记》卷二十六也载其事迹。唐玄宗曾拜其为鸿胪卿,封越国公,卒后赠越州都督。宋徽宗政和六年(1116)封致虚见素法师,宣和二年(1120)加封灵虚见素真人。书中既有关于叶法善的神话传说,也有史实,为研究道士叶法善的参考文献。收入《正统道藏》洞神部谱录类。
