道教经籍。北宋贾善翔编。6卷。作者认为当时记载老子神异的史籍、道经大多十分简单粗率,道士和学者对老子的生平和神迹了解得很肤浅,故广集资料加以编纂。此书详细记载了有关老子的生平和神话传说,从其出生一直记载到宋真宗朝谒太清宫。同时书中还提到了老子父母及儿子的名字和简历。可谓是当时一部最详尽的老子传记。因《史记·老子列传》中孔子称:“吾今日见老子,其犹龙邪!”后世遂以犹龙为老子代称,故名。
