洞真太上大素玉箓。撰人不详，约出於南北期。系纂集《石景金阳素经》及上清派符文秘契而成。一卷。底本出处：《正统道藏》正一部。前一部分述三太君，与《洞真太一帝君太丹隐书洞玄真经》同。 后有三种秘契，及《金精石景水母之经》，述服符轻举之术。《真诰》著录《赤丹金精石景水母》。本书盖由二经杂合而成。述存神与服符。盖为六朝道经。
