洞真太上说智慧消魔真经。撰人不详，出於南北朝复期。原本七卷，现存五卷五品。底本出处：《正统道藏》正一部。非完本。《真诰》引用此书。吉冈义丰《六朝道教の种民思想》(《日本中国学会报》第16集)推测该经撰于宋齐之际。太上道君劝人服药、入定、守一、服符、诵经。
