三十难
三十难（误列三十二难）曰。五脏俱等。而心肺独在膈上者何也。然。心者血。肺者气。血为荣。气为卫。相随上下。（血气相随周行身上下）谓之荣卫。通行经络。（荣行脉中卫行脉外）荣周于身。故令心肺在膈上也。
此谓心肺乃气血之主。故居膈上。以别气血为荣卫。周于身者出也。下章详言荣卫之源。
