经名：洞真太上八素真经占候入定妙诀。撰人不详，约出於东晋南朝。原为《八素真经诀》之一，后分出单行。一卷。底本出处：《正统道藏》正一部。《洞玄灵宝三洞奉道科戒营始》卷5《上清大洞真经目》著录 《上清八素真经服日月皇华》1卷，为六朝上清经。本经盖亦《八 素真经》之一部。述根据身体变化和梦境，而入定守一，存身中神，以去病。
