参同契五相类秘要。北宋卢天骥撰。一卷。底本出处：《正统道藏》洞神部众街类。题“太素真人魏伯阳演，宣德郎权发遣提举淮南西路学事借 绯鱼袋臣卢天骥上进。”卢为北宋人。魏伯阳显为托名，李约瑟 《Science and civilisation in China》认为本书可能撰于唐，或撰于三至七世纪，决不迟于九世纪。卢天骥注撰于1111—1117或1114 年。概括药物反应过程和理论。
