一卷。题“右仆射卫国公李靖修”。前有李靖于唐太宗贞观七年(633年)上表。但《唐志》不见著录。《通志》著录为蔡登撰。《宋志》著录为苏登撰。是知李靖盖为依托之名。此乃察“神光”, 以占验休咎吉凶祸福之书。主张欲知休咎当观察北斗辅星,见之则吉。天阴不见,就只能视“神光”。所谓“神光”, 即在人眼中, 以指刺目眥,则可遥见辅星。每个人头上亦有光,黄或赤光而成圆形的,此人有德有喜。光青白者为奸人,黑光者为贼人。又述人之耳鸣、鼻臭亦主吉凶。书末有“禹步法”、“先玄图”等。收入《道藏》第578册。
