亦称《太上决疑经》。内容托为元始天尊与太极真人、天真皇人、上相青童君三人的质疑,天尊一一作答,故名《决疑经》。其主旨在于说明世间有为法皆属无常,即生即灭。唯出世昇玄至道才是常住,即不生不灭。学道之人要敬事明师,诵经受戒,出家静修。成道之后,乃能离三界,入九清。经文多借用佛教用语,疑出于隋唐时。收入《道藏》第31册。
