胎息纷彻论。不着撰人。一卷。底本出处：《正统道藏》洞神部方法类。参校版本：《云夏七签》，部分内容收入该书卷五十八。《通志》著录。凡三篇。第一篇即《胎息精微论》，节引见于 《云笈七签》卷58，当不迟于宋。第二篇《内真妙用诀》，《宋志》 著录为张果撰，当撰于唐。第三篇《胎息神会内丹七返诀》，不见 《宋志》著录。不知何人合三篇为一书，当不早于宋。第一篇强调 胎息需服内炁，后两篇强调胎息应还精补脑，均为内丹术。
