《太乙秘书》是南宋宋王佐创作的术数著作，明华阳逸叟增辑，一卷。“太乙”亦作“太一”，星官名，属紫微垣，在天龙座内。《史记·天官书》：“中官天极星，其一明者，太一常居也。”因《易·乾凿度》有太乙行九宫法，四十年而行一宫，阴阳家因以太乙所占位置，推算人间灾样祸福，世运盛衰，主客胜负等等，其术神秘，故名《太乙秘书》。该书为术数家之重要典籍。有光绪尤年至十年（1883—1884）清隐山房刊《清隐山房丛书》本。
