《养真集》是一部清代谈道说养真的书，托名隐士养真子撰，有白鬓老人王士端评点和序跋。其序云：“其书，由儒悟禅，就虚灵而养舍利；由禅证道，借般若而炼金丹。谈空则皆拈花面壁之真传，论道则无铅虎汞龙之假借。”“衲子朝夕玩味，不须十卷《楞严》；羽客行住遵循，何用五千道德。蓦直行去，省多少云水三千，便可坐洞天十二。”“以后寻真不用白云观里，从兹访道何须黄鹤楼头！”我们知道，得道岂有捷径，然而入门最好方便，读之可以静心，总可以有所感悟的。
