三卷。释疑一卷。宋俞琰撰。宋代丹家众多,都以魏伯阳《参同契》为丹经之王。研究 《参同契》的道学者,多以彭晓注本承继相传。但各家注本又体例有别,所言不一,使《参同契》一书有失原貌。俞琰作《周易参同契发挥》主要参阅彭晓本和朱熹本。俞琰指责彭晓使《参同契》原文阙裂颠倒,批评朱熹之后注释者都削去《赞序》而不录,于是他又合蜀本、越本、吉本、钱唐诸家本,互相雠校,并作《周易参周契发挥》以为定本。
