元俞琰述。道教经书。一卷。前有元世祖至元二十一年(1284)序。全书阐发魏伯阳《参同契》之学，描述先天图环中之秘，反而求之自身，认为此是养生之切务，不可不知。内收邵康节“心为太极图”，朱紫阳“太紫虚中先天图”， “先天六十四卦直图一，“地承天气图”，“月受日光图”，“后天卦离南坎北图”，“乾坤坎离图”，“八七九六图”，并引《参同契》 《周易》、《阴符经》以及邵雍、朱紫阳等语解释这些图象，着重从养生学角度发论，以“身中之易”为主题。可作研究道教易学及养生学的参考文献。收入《正统道藏》太玄部。
