作者不详。道教经书《五斗经》中之一篇。经文称太上老君于永寿年中授正一张天师《西斗灵文》之后，又于玉局座授此经。据称：中斗位居五天之中，四方拱卫，尊大无极，主天元炁，统领诸天秘文洞章，天人所宝;东斗主算，西斗记名，北斗落死，南斗上生，中斗大魁，天人受度，旷劫长存;如得监度，延福延生;但依经法严奉供养，宣告科仪，清静身心，启请真圣，醮谢罪业，益算延年，无愿不从，九祖生天，名籍仙都。太上老君又告诉正一天师：五斗符相灵文，五斗真君名号，宿有道缘，方得值遇供养，不可轻慢。收入《道藏》洞神部本文类。
