八仙吕纯阳之弟子--王重阳。宋末元初，陕西咸阳人。亲传弟子七真人立全真派。张三丰以内修十论为太极根基。王重阳祖师之十论，亦本斯旨也。山中人得此训言，又何必另寻瑶草，别采仙花。即此是长生药。不老丹也。恭录之，以示后之好道者。以神筑基，去污除垢平息贪欲之念，复清静无为之真。神合太虚，阴阳五行之气，合于天地阴阳五行之气为一体，即天人合一之太极。以神化之动，自然圆合连贯，千变万化，神妙莫测，是为太极拳。千变万化之式，神而化之，如行云流水、涛涛不断，起无定式，收无定法。自由、自如、自在安然，是自然天赋人类自神所化之真太极拳。发挥人人自我之天赋，青出于蓝，胜于蓝。固守陈规、停滞不前，无新生命。应续真宗，创新迎未来。
