余于斯道，向慕有年，而是非邪正终难剖彻。庚午岁，遇拜来中老师，蒙恩指皈正道。于辛未年朝谒各属名山，至甘肃省，访得栖云山悟元老人，续注《周易阐真》诸祖师丹经，及自着《悟道破疑》、《修真辨难》诸书，其精义入神，炳若日星，即往谒见。而四方名土参访者甚伙，即执役门下者亦复不少。余因受业，得授诸书。旋装梓里，复见吾师，特出所请悟元老人之书，以质疑义。
