一一Ｏ 致静与致和
《大通经》云：“致静不动，致和不迁”。涵虚翁《约解》云：“静不动，定也；和不迁，安也”。若约玄教，必心息和融，而后身心二静，寂然不动，身心愈静，则气愈和，直到外息断绝，泰然大定。定中先后二天，自然和合，入真寂静，而后“太和充溢，骨散寒琼”矣。老圣曰：“静为躁君”，“虽有荣观，燕处超然”。又曰：“知和曰常”。静也，和也，玄教之大纲，圣修之轨范也。
