十九、 自他不二（一）
玄宗修证，自他不二，色空一如。至其极也，则形神俱妙，与道合真。初下手时，必须体会身外虚空一着，将我心息安放在身外相依。依之既久，自然融化，与虚空合一。神气能两定于虚空，色身亦自然成空。内外两空，此感彼应，自然先天一炁来至我身，涉入交参矣。此即吕祖所谓：“口对口，窍对窍”之妙。先天元阳，抱我法身，养我色身。色法兼养，性命双修。此一刻工夫，真能夺一年之造化，故真空丹法，迥与旁门不同也。
