道教经典。简称《灵书紫文上经》。一卷。传说为后圣君命五老上真仙都授青童君,青童君授王远游,使下教世上有仙籍者。有所谓采饮飞根吞日气和采饮阴华吞月精,以及拘三魂、制七魄之法。又谓如能当日、月初出之时,或在床上如法进行修炼,会“面生玉泽”,可以“不老”。收入《道藏》第三百四十二册。
