【五色令人目盲；五音令人耳聋；五味令人口爽；驰骋田猎，令人心发狂；难得之货，令人行妨。是以圣人为腹不为目，故去彼取此。】
爽：失也。狂：放也。奇珍、玩好，人所共夺。故珍好随身，行亦妨也，色、声、味、猎、货五者之损人如此，是以圣人贱之。独守内宝，轻视外物，故能去彼取此。
