道教经籍。南宋林希逸撰。4卷。作者认为前人注《老子》，各种分章及分为《道经》与《德经》都不对，只有苏辙之注最为接近。该书间用《易》理和禅义注解，如第一章诸家注多从天地万物起源、宇宙生成角度说，希逸认为更应从“心生万物”角度说，反映了三教合一的思潮已进入了对道经的注释。
