北宋杨惟德等撰。2卷。景祐为宋仁宗年号。六壬为古代术数之一。五行(水、火、木、金、土)以水为首，十个天干中，壬、癸皆属水，而壬为阳水，癸为阴水，弃阴择阳，故名壬。六十甲子中，壬占六个，即壬申、壬午、壬辰、壬寅、壬子、壬戌，故名“六壬”。明清以来，以六壬占人事吉凶，亦蔚为风尚。该书原为10卷，现残存2卷，已难见全貌。书前有仁宗御序一篇，认为六壬之术“以天地日月之本源，五行四时之动转，协于五音之气，关诸六精之正，定以昼夜之分，揆其晷影之度，按所直之神将，定可验之灾祥”。
