南宋程大昌撰。八卷。《四库全书》录《永乐大典》本。程氏以两汉以来，《易》义之纠纷至甚，因作此书以贯通之，苦思力索，四年而成。陈振孙《直斋书录解题》谓：其书“首论天地五十有五之数，参之河图、洛书、大衍之异同，以此为《易》之原也。以及卦变、揲法，皆有图论，往往断以己见，出先儒之外。”《四库全书提要》云：程氏“虽排斥先儒，务申己说，不能脱南宋之风气。然其参互折衷，皆能根据《大传》，于《易》义亦有所阐明，与所作《诗议》欲并《国风》之名而废之者，固有别矣。其书久无传本，惟程敏政《新安文献志》载有三篇，故朱彝尊《经义考》注曰‘已佚’。今考《永乐大典》尚存百有余篇，皆首尾完整，可以编次。谨采掇厘订，勒为八卷，备宋人说《易》之一家焉。”
