四卷,元胡一桂著。本书是对其父胡方平《易学启蒙通释》的进一步补充发挥,故名。自序称:“去朱子才百余年,而承学渐失。如图书已釐正矣,复仍刘牧之谬者有之; 卜筮之数灼如丹青矣,复祖尚玄旨者又有之。因于本义附录纂疏外,复辑为是书。”宋朱熹曾作 《周易本义》、《启蒙》,胡一桂的父亲胡方平又作《启蒙通释》以诲之,一桂更推阐而辨明之,故曰《翼传》。书前有胡一桂皇庆二年(1313年)序,称“去朱子才百余年,而承学浸失其真,如图书已正矣,复承刘牧之谬者有之;《本义》已复古矣,复循王弼之乱者有之; 卜筮之数灼如丹青矣,复祖尚玄旨者有之。”因撰作此书,“将以羽翼朱子之易”。其书分为内外篇,内篇又分上中下。
