四卷,明杨爵著。《明史》本传作《周易辨说》。其书释64卦,只载上、下经卦辞,训解及六爻、《彖传》、《象传》,但不列原文。说多本人事,深切明著。《四库全书》本。此书乃杨氏被系狱中时所作,惟解六十四卦经义,多旁引人事以说之。《四库全书提要》指出:杨氏“以上疏极论符瑞下诏狱,系七年始得释”,“其书前有《自序》,题嘉靖二十四年乙巳,盖即其与周怡、刘魁等在狱中讲论所作,故取《系辞》‘《困》,德之辨’一语为名。
