全称《高上玉皇胎息经》。不着撰人。一篇。底本出处：《正统道藏》洞真部本文类。参校版本：《云夏七签》，该书春六十收有此经注本。道家功理功法类古典名著。《胎息经》作者已无可考,传本署为 “幻真先生注”,但注释颇不合经文原旨。全书文字简洁,共只八十三字,但论述精到,别具理法,不落古来丹道窠臼。文中首论胎息,次述神气,倡导虚无无念,自然常住。主张“知神气可以长生,固守虚无以养神气”,只有“心不动念”,神气相依,合而为一,勤而行之,才能益寿延年。
