道教炼养著作。1卷。作者是清代的刘一明。此书系作者传述其师砻谷老人之说。共九要为：勘破世事第一，积德修行第二，尽心穷理第三．访求真师第四，练已筑基第五，和合阴阳第六，审明火候第七，外药了命第八，内药了性第九。作者认为修真之道，乃天下至大至难大事，非深明造化，洞晓阴阳，存经久不易之志。循序渐进者不能行之，故提出修真纲领由浅入深，总为九条。
