内丹歌诀。北宋张伯端撰。全篇正文四百字，五字为句，四句一韵，可分为二十首五言绝句，但内容上前后连贯，一气呵成。文字凝练简要，寓意深刻，高度概括了张氏内丹学说。作为内丹修炼的入门读物，历来很受丹家重视。篇前有序，凡一千三百余字，综述全丹修炼要义，对内丹术的术语和基本原理作了概括性阐明，与正文相辅相成，有助于加深对正文的理解。后人注说颇多，有宋代黄自如，明代彭好古、陆西星、李文烛、王一清以及清代刘一明等家。
