古代内丹术书。旧题宋希夷陈抟注。注解根据阴阳五行、四时运转的理论,说明脏腑的位置,修炼的时机、方法和功效;还对内丹术语,如河东、金砂、甲乙、朱雀、金华、子卯、龙虎、鼎器、火候、炉室、真砂、真汞等作了解释。阴真君为阴长生,传说为东汉和帝阴皇后之曾祖。《还丹歌》盖后人依托其名,述内丹术,重金华及炉室等。陈抟注阐发之,继承 《黄庭经》,并述阴丹。《宋史·艺文志》著录《阴真君还丹歌》，收入《道藏》第五九册。
