简称《妙林经》, 亦名《习胜经》。道教书名。三卷。此经依托元始天尊与诸真人论道,记其言论,分为十品,每品前为论说,末为偈文(第七《众真说法品》无偈文),偈文概述论说要旨。全经主旨在阐述大乘妙义,认为一切众生,心性本清净空寂,由于迷惑,乃生烦恼。道教借来指超度众生之义。《无上大乘要诀妙经》：“惟愍众生，无所哀求，静定存思而自娱乐，便得安稳，无为快乐。若有众生，闻法信受，勤修炼时，求一切智，愍伤众生，度脱一切，是名大乘。”
