医经著作。二卷。清·黄元御撰于1756年。作者认为古来注《难经》者虽代不乏人,但多疏漏而未能详尽,故以为“《难经》不可不解”。黄氏根据个人阅读《难经》的心得,对八十一难予以逐段注解,注文大多简要,诠释或以《内经》理论为基础,采集历代《难经》注家的学术观点加以综合。但真正发挥义蕴的见解并不多。现有清刻本及《黄氏医书三种》本等。
