《胎产秘书》，产科著作。又名《胎产金针》。二卷（又有三卷及四卷本）。清·陈笏庵撰。刊于1796年。书中共载胎前34症，临床4症，产后47症，并记述难产救治调护各法。后附保婴要诀，记述初生儿的护理。其产后部分，似从傅青主《产后编》移植而来，以其文字大致相同故也。现存三十多种清刻本。又有石印本和铅印本。
