儿科著作。清张廉撰。四卷。廉字通源,诸暨(今属浙江)人,清代医家。张氏认为论麻疹诸家以《医宗金鉴·疹门》为善,但该书“言简而赅,非得其言外之意,必疑其略而不详”。为便于后学,故在此书注文基础上,兼取各家之说,结合自己心得,于道光二年(1822)撰成此书。本书卷一～二系将《医宗金鉴·痘疹心法要诀》的(麻)疹门作了补充注释。卷三～四为附采诸家麻(疹)后证治,引述前代麻疹著作中有关麻疹的合并症、后遗症的证治等内容。现有初刻本等多种清刻本、石印本及《珍本医书集成》本。
