一卷。金·刘完素撰。清·周学海注。原无刊本,周学海于1884年刊行《周氏医学丛书》时,根据刘氏后裔所藏钞本收入其中。本书以《内经》有关消渴病的理论为基础,综合宋以前诸医家的有关论述和发明,对于消渴病的病因、辨证及治法作了比较深入的探讨和发挥。完素有《素问玄机原病式》已著录。刘氏为金代著名医家,学术思想渊源于《内经》、《伤寒论》。倡言六气皆从火化,药用寒凉,其学术主张亦反映于本书中。此书虽仅一卷,但对三消病的病因、辨证及其治法均有简明论述。
