又名《万氏家传广嗣纪要》。十六卷(又有五卷本,前四卷与十六卷本同,末一卷为《小儿全书》。明·万全撰。约刊于16世纪中期。本书主要论述有关广嗣、妊娠及婴儿疾病的病因、证候及治疗方药,并附幼科医案18例。书中还归纳了影响生育的男女生殖器畸形、损伤“五不男”、“五不女”等10种病证内容。
