儿科著作。三卷。元代医家曾世荣编撰。刊于1294年。卷上将儿科疾病编成歌赋75首，便于习诵。卷中本论，将儿科病证分别立论43篇（附补遗8篇），对小儿诸病的特点，发病规律、治疗原则等论述颇详，并介绍了作者的临床心得；卷下信效方，载有治疗小儿疾病的各种方剂230首，其中有不少方剂为曾氏所独创，选录切于实用的儿科验方。现有清刻本、《中国医学大成》本及其他近代刊本。
