古代外丹术书。明伍守阳撰。一卷。主要论述炼丹的理论和方法。它以“先天”与“后天”、神气与形体的相互关系,论证外丹须与内丹相结合。“内丹者,守雌抱一,以有为无,凝成一点纯阴之体。外丹者,七返九还,自无而有,结成一点纯阳之气。二丹合,而为神仙,为天仙,为大罗金仙。”全篇由《金丹大旨》、《先天契后天说》、《制凡银凡铅真诀》、《制凡砂凡汞下手真诀》、《筑基说》、《死砂接生砂真诀》、《补母说》等构成,主旨为论述内外丹相结合才能成仙。收入《道藏辑要》毕集六、《道藏精华录百种》第一○册。
