道教天元丹法内炼著作。五卷。清黄裳述。约成书于清代末年。黄裳,字元吉,生卒不详,江西省丰城人。光绪年间(前后约十一年)曾在四川富顺县《乐育堂》讲过道,著有《乐育堂语录》、《道德讲义》(原名《道德经注释》,后为《道德经精义》,今称此名)、《道门语要》等书,另注有《醒心经》与《求心经》二书,未见传世。其姓字与元代黄元吉同。该书五卷,系黄元吉讲道时学生所记录的笔记,经弟子整理核正而流传于世。因本书原为讲课记录,较一般丹书通俗易懂,对诸如一阳生、炼心、炼己、进火采药、先天后天精气神、性命双修等内丹学说阐述均较明白。
