转胞
转胞谓妊娠卒不得小便也。因胎长逼近于胞，胞为所逼，令人数溲。胞即膀胱也。然子淋与转胞相类，但小便频数点滴而痛为子淋，频数出少不痛为转胞，间有微痛，终是与淋不同，并宜五苓散加阿胶。
冬葵子散
治孕妇转胞小便不通。
冬葵子 滑石 栀子（炒） 木通（各五钱）
上 一剂，水一钟半，煎至一钟，空心温服。此药滑胎，临月可用。若六、七个月以前不可用。
又方∶冬葵子、滑石、栀子，为末，田螺肉捣膏或生葱汁调膏，贴脐中立通。
