妇产科著作。清凌德撰,凌晓五鉴定,凌永言校。不分卷。德字嘉六,号蛰庵,吴兴(今浙江湖州)人。以妇科名于时。著有《麻痧专治初编》、《蛰庵医话》、《麻痘初编》、《温热类编》 等书。本书博采诸家之说,论述妇科诸症,分类编撰,成书于光绪十八年(1892)。全书约三万字。分为调经、虚劳、胎产、临产、杂证、产后6门。调经门中有总论、精血论、养血论等22篇;虚劳门中有冷劳、骨蒸劳等4篇;胎前门中有总论、胎前调理法、胎前用药法等22篇。凡79篇。凌氏论述胎产经带诸疾重视养气血、扶脾胃,条分缕析、纲目分明。现存《三三医书》本。
