妇产科著作。五卷。清·叶其蓁撰。刊于1724年。本书分调经、种子、胎前、临产、产后五门。作者博采前贤妇科著作中影响较大或颇具一得之见的有关论述，参以己见编成此书。叙述每种病症。首先编成歌诀使读者便于习诵。其次分析病证利用中医辨证规律，求其病因病机、亦能入理；然后介绍历代妇科大家的治疗大法和方药，堪为初学者之津梁。惟书中杂有部分迷信论述。现存初刻本及其他刊本抄本、石印本等。
